Our Product Owners

I worked as a Product Owner at Sony Europe and Bose Global for some years, even before I knew the name of such a role.
When Bose implemented an Agile way of working in 2015 I realized that my role has a name: Product Owner.

With Bose, I transitioned from the scrum framework, towards tribes and a portfolio of SAFe trains. My scope went from European to Global, which did lead to wonderful memories and meeting across the globe.

Now that I travel less, I miss what I love most: meet and talk with people that have a story. With this platform, I hope to meet Product Owners that have good, inspiring stories.

I took the lead in building up the Product Owner profession at Creamfinance. I strongly believe in taking a practical approach next to sound theory. Especially in a period that a company is going through its Agile transformation, where an agile IT function works with a business that still has to grasp the agile way of being and doing. After being with Creamfinance for so many years, I find myself more and more reaching out to other companies. To learn what works in their companies and to share what we are doing in Creamfinance. This is one of the reasons why I started this Product Owners platform. I am looking forward to meeting, sharing, and learning from my colleague Product Owners out there!

I am an experienced Product Owner with a strong focus on turning business strategy into reality with a successful history of working in the Consumer Electronics and the Food industry. I am also experienced in Digital Transformations and have a track record of working and shaping successful teams.

With a Masters in Operations Management MSc from Nottingham University Business School. I am an avid podcast listener and lover of pretty much all sports, especially football (or soccer for our friends in the Americas). I take a lot of inspiration from successful sporting teams throughout history. Currently I am missing the ability to travel to see my colleagues.
